If you are Tata Play DTH customer, and you don't have any balance left or your DTH subscription has just ended, then just by giving a missed call from your Registered mobile number (RMN) with a Tata Play account you can get additional 3 days of Tata Play Emergency Top Up.   • Give a missed call from your registered mobile number (RMN) on 88911 88911.
  • And after 2-3 rings, the call will automatically disconnect.
  • Now you will be able to watch your favorite TV show or film without any interruption.
  • The amount credited via Emergency Top-up is auto-debited on the 4th day from your Tata Play account.


Note: You must have to use this Tata Play missed call number only 2 days before your subscription expiry date, if you don't then you will get an SMS like below.


"Your request can not be processed, as Emergency Top Up can be availed only on Recharge due date or within subsequent 2 days." If you have ever used Tata Play Emergency Top-up before, then make sure you have paid the amount of that loan first before requesting a new emergency Top-up, otherwise, you won't get a new emergency Top-up. To get Tata Play emergency Top-up. Follow these steps

  • Send an SMS as TOPUP <subscriber ID> to 56633. From your registered Mobile Number (RMN)
  • and you get a 3-day DTH balance.
  • E.g., TOPUP 253974733 send SMS to 56633


Tata Play Loan:

You will get 3 days Tata Play loan for free during activation, But the 3-day amount will be deducted from the main recharge.


Note: Sending SMS to 56633 will not be free, and the Telecom provider might charge you a few rupees from you, It depends upon which Telecom provider's SIM you are using and what plan you have.


For example: If the monthly recharge of a Subscriber is Rs. 600/- (which means that the daily recharge balance will be Rs. 20/-), a Subscriber can get up to Rs. 60 (i.e. 3 days recharge balance) as Emergency Top Up amount in their balance, on recharge due date or immediate subsequent date. or after the 4th day after the clearance of the first 3 days' recharge (Top-up) balance i.e. Rs. 60 in this case, the Subscriber shall be eligible to avail of this offer again after clearing the pending amounts first.
